When the captcha loops

The anti-DDoS challenge is bound to your session. When it loops, the problem is your circuit or cookies, not your answer.

How to break the loop

Get a new Tor identity so a fresh circuit and session are established.
Let the page set its session, then solve the challenge exactly once.
Do not open the market in several tabs during a challenge; it confuses the session.
If it still loops, switch to the other link and try there.

Note

A slow challenge during network congestion is normal. Solve it once and let it complete rather than reloading repeatedly.
