Leaving useful feedback
Feedback is the immune system of a market. The detailed reviews you rely on when reading a vendor exist because other buyers took the time to write them. Return the favour.
How to write it
- Be specific and honest: what was accurate, what was not, how communication went.
- Do not include anything that identifies you: no real times, places, or personal details.
- Update feedback if a vendor resolves a problem fairly; the record should reflect reality.
Write every review as if it will be public forever, because on a market it effectively is.
