When it will not connect

Nine times out of ten this is the Tor network, not the market. Work down the list.

1. Request a new Tor circuit for the tab and retry.
2. Try the other link from the working links; both reach the same market.
3. Check whether ordinary Tor browsing is also slow. If it is, the network is congested; wait a minute.
4. Make sure Tor Browser is up to date.

Only if both links fail for several minutes while the rest of Tor works is a real outage likely. Keeping a small on-market balance means even that is never a crisis.
