Reading the deposit screen
The deposit screen is simple, but a misread here is expensive because crypto transfers do not reverse. Read it carefully.
Step by step
- Open the order; note the deposit address and the exact amount.
- Copy the address — never retype it. One wrong character sends coins nowhere.
- Sanity-check the first and last few characters after pasting into your wallet.
- Send the exact amount and wait for confirmations.
About the QR
The QR and the text address encode the same thing. If in doubt, trust the copied text over a scan. Deposit addresses are issued fresh per order, which is a privacy feature, so do not reuse an old one.
Keep it small
